Blueberry Ice Cream with Crumble

Ingredients

• heavy cream
• sweetened condensed milk
• tahina
• maple syrup
• vanilla
• cinnamon
• pinch of salt
• flour
• sugar
• cinnamon, optional
• salt
• melted butter

Instructions

1. Make the blueberries a little liquidy.
2. Blend heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, tahina, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until combined.
3. Prepare the crumble by mixing equal parts flour and sugar, adding cinnamon if desired, salt, and melted butter until you reach a consistency of wet sand Play-Doh.
4. Layer the blueberries and crumble in a dish.
5. Freeze the mixture until set.
