The recipe, written out
Ingredients with the quantities the creator actually said, and numbered steps you can follow with your hands covered in flour.
Free on iPhone, Android and the web
Dishcover pulls the ingredients and the method out of recipe videos and writes them down, so the thing you save is something you can shop for and cook. Find one you like, keep it, put it on next week's calendar.
How it works
Swipe a feed of recipe videos. Skip the ones you would never cook and keep the ones you would. Filters narrow it down to what you eat and what you have time for.
Anything you keep lands in your collection with the ingredients and the method already written out, so you are not scrubbing back through a video to catch a quantity.
Drop saved recipes onto the calendar to build the week. Cooked too much? Roll it forward to the next day and the plan keeps up.
From the catalogue
Every one of these came from a video and left with a shopping list. Open one and you get the ingredients, the steps and the creator who made it.
Who is cooking
Every recipe keeps the name of the person who made it and links back to their original video. Open a creator to see everything of theirs we have written up.
What you get
Ingredients with the quantities the creator actually said, and numbered steps you can follow with your hands covered in flour.
One tag vocabulary across the whole catalogue, so picking a filter returns a real list instead of three stragglers and a dead end.
Put a recipe on a day and the week takes shape. Cook a big batch and roll it forward instead of retyping it on Thursday.
Paste a link to a recipe video you found somewhere else and Dishcover writes it up into your collection the same way.

Questions
No. Browsing, saving and planning are free, and signing up does not ask for a card. Paid tiers exist for people who want more than the free limits, but nothing on this page is behind one.
From food creators on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. Every recipe keeps the creator's name and links back to the original video, and each one is reviewed before it reaches the public feed.
The video is transcribed first, then the ingredients and steps are read out of what was actually said and written. Quantities are never guessed: if the creator did not give one, the ingredient is listed without it. Anything that comes out too thin to cook from is held back rather than published.
No. You can browse the feed with no account at all, and a Dishcover account is only needed to save recipes and use the calendar.
Yes. Paste the link on your profile and it is written up into your own collection. It stays private to you unless you send it in for review, and you can suggest creators you would like to see added to the public feed.
Both, on one account. The website runs the same feed and the same calendar, and the app is on the App Store and Google Play. What you save on one shows up on the other.
Open the feed and start swiping. Keep what you would cook.
