Instructions

1. Score the skin of the potato all the way around with a knife.
2. Plop the potato straight into the water.
3. Cook the potato until the skin loosens from the flesh.
4. Once cool enough to handle, slide the peel off the potato.
5. Use a knife to loosen the peel if it sticks.
