Chocolate Orange Possets

Ingredients

• 2 large oranges, for serving
• 1 orange, zested
• 1/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon white sugar
• 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
• 1/4 cup orange juice
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
• 1/4 cup heavy cream
• 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

1. Combine heavy cream, orange juice, and lemon juice in a bowl.
2. Mix in the white sugar and orange zest until well combined.
3. Let the cream and citrus juice mixture set in the fridge.
4. Melt the chocolate chips with 1/4 cup heavy cream and 1 tablespoon butter to make the chocolate topping.
5. Pour the chocolate topping over the set possets and enjoy.
