Lemon Sour Cream Pie

Ingredients

• 1 pre baked 9 inch pie crust
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 3 Tablespoons plus 1½ teaspoons cornstarch
• 1 cup milk
• ½ cup fresh lemon juice
• 3 egg yolks, lightly beaten
• ¼ cup butter, softened
• Zest of 1 lemon
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream
• 2 to 3 Tablespoons powdered sugar

Instructions

1. Whisk sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan.
2. Add milk and lemon juice.
3. Cook over medium heat.
