Hummingbird Cake

Ingredients

• 1½ cups sugar
• ⅔ cup brown sugar
• 1 banana
• 1 cup crushed pineapple
• 1 cup pecans
• cream cheese frosting

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven and prepare cake pans.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine sugar and brown sugar.
3. Add mashed banana, crushed pineapple, and chopped pecans to the mixture.
4. Mix until well combined.
5. Pour the batter into prepared cake pans.
6. Bake until a toothpick comes out clean.
7. Let the cakes cool before frosting.
8. Spread cream cheese frosting between layers and on top.
