White Chocolate Raspberry Nothing Bundt Cake Copycat

Ingredients

• 1 package white cake mix
• 1 3.4 oz box instant white chocolate pudding mix
• 1 cup sour cream
• 4 large eggs
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 cup vegetable, canola, or avocado oil
• 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup raspberry preserves

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven according to the cake mix package instructions.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the white cake mix, instant white chocolate pudding mix, sour cream, eggs, milk, and oil.
3. Mix until well combined.
4. Gently swirl in the raspberry preserves into the batter.
5. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
6. Pour the batter into a prepared bundt pan.
7. Bake according to the cake mix package instructions or until a toothpick comes out clean.
8. Let the cake cool completely before frosting.
9. For the frosting, prepare a simple cream cheese frosting and pipe it over the edges of the cake.
