Ingredients
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, grated
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp mirin
- ground beef
- oil for cooking
- white rice for serving
- fried egg for serving
Instructions
- Mix together gochujang, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and mirin to make the sauce, then set it aside.
- Preheat a pan with a bit of oil.
- Add the ground beef piece by piece to the pan.
- Cook until the beef is crispy, then start flipping.
- Grate in the garlic and ginger once you can smell them.
- Pour in the sauce from earlier and mix until everything thickens up.
- Serve over white rice and optionally pair with a fried egg.
