Game Day Mini Tacos

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 pound lean ground beef or turkey
• 1 (1 ounce) packet taco seasoning (plus water called for on packet)
• 1 (11 ounce) package mini street flour tortillas, such as Mission®
• 1 1/2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese (optional)
• 1 large jalapeño chile, thinly sliced (optional)

Instructions

1. Brown the beef and add the taco seasoning.
2. Get a sheet pan ready.
3. Fill the mini tortillas and line them up in a row on the sheet pan.
4. Spray with olive oil cooking spray.
5. Bake at 400°F for 12 minutes.
6. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top to melt.
7. Serve with your favorite taco toppings.
