Ingredients
- 1 (15.25 ounce) box lemon cake mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons grated fresh lemon zest, divided
- 7 tablespoons heavy whipping cream, divided
- 10 ounces white chocolate, chopped, divided
- 1/2 cup store-bought lemon curd
- cooking spray
- corn flakes
Instructions
- Prepare a box of cake mix and add in some lemon zest.
- Melt white chocolate then pour it over the cake.
- Prepare the crunchy layer by mixing lemon curd, salt, lemon zest, and cream in a bowl.
- Fold in corn flakes until they're all coated.
- Pile on the crunchy layer.
