Yellowhammer Jell-O Shots

Ingredients

• 4 navel oranges, halved lengthwise
• 1/2 cup pineapple juice
• 2 (1/4 ounce) envelopes unflavored gelatin, such as Knox
• 1/4 cup vodka
• 1/4 cup rum
• 1/4 cup amaretto

Instructions

1. Squeeze the juice from each orange half to yield 3/4 cup.
2. Add the pineapple juice to the orange juice.
3. Sprinkle the gelatin over top and let it bloom for a few minutes.
4. Heat the mixture on medium to low heat, making sure it does not boil.
5. Remove from heat and add a quarter cup of vodka, rum, and amaretto.
6. Set the orange halves into a muffin tin to prevent spilling.
7. Refrigerate for a few hours until set.
8. Slice and serve.
