Lemon Pie Ice Cream

Ingredients

• cream
• sweet condensed milk
• lemon zest
• lemon juice
• vanilla extract
• salt
• lemon curd
• graham cracker crumb

Instructions

1. Whip up cream.
2. In a separate bowl, add sweet condensed milk, lemon zest, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and salt; mix.
3. Combine the whipped cream and the condensed milk mixture.
4. Add half of the mixture into a loaf pan.
5. Add lemon curd and graham cracker crumb.
6. Put the rest of the cream mixture on top.
7. Add six dollops of lemon curd on top.
8. Run a knife through the mixture in one direction to create hearts.
9. Pop that in the freezer overnight.
