Chocolate Ice Cream

Ingredients

• 1½ cups heavy cream
• 1½ cups whole milk
• ½ cup sugar
• 3 Tbsp cocoa powder
• 2 Tbsp light corn syrup, optional
• ¼ tsp salt
• 4 egg yolks
• 4 oz dark chocolate, chopped
• 1 Tbsp vanilla
• ½ cup hot fudge sauce

Instructions

1. Heat the cream, milk, sugar, cocoa, corn syrup and salt until steaming.
2. Get in an ice cream freezer container and ribbon some hot fudge throughout.
