Easy Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients

• 3 chicken breast
• 1 chopped onion
• 1 tbsp butter
• 4 chopped garlic cloves
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp pepper
• 1 tsp dried parsley
• 2 chicken stock pots
• 2 heaped tbsp flour
• 350ml milk
• frozen mixed veg
• 100ml water
• 1 roll puff pastry
• 1 egg for egg wash
• sprinkle of rosemary

Instructions

1. Place your chopped onion and garlic into a pan on medium heat with a splash of oil and a tbsp of butter to soften up.
